Cancellation Policy
48-hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill that spot.
If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice a $30.00 missed appointment fee will be charged. This fee must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. The only exceptions for this policy are emergencies which are out of your control, such as snowstorms, sudden illness, and flight delays. I do appreciate your consideration of my time.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment without a reason will be considered a “no-show”.  The fee for the full price of the missed service will be charged, and future service will be denied until payment is made.

If you arrive late, your session may have to be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the fee for a “full” session.

NOTE:  Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made will result in immediate termination of the session. Client will be liable for payment for the “FULL” scheduled massage session.
